Winning the SMBA Promising 500 Award is a testament to the hard work the management put in for client nominations in the field of Security Management. Growing the company within 8 years to a 100+ strong is by no means an easy feat, not withstanding achieving a PLRD Grade "B" consistently in the early formative years. This led the team to further achieve other industry standard related accrediations like the Bizsafe 3 certification in 2013.

Winning the NTUC May Day Model Partnership Award 2011 was of momentus significance as it concretes Force-One's position as a serious player in the competitive Security Services industry, having just entered the market in relatively 4 short years. Besides being a solid testimony to its good foundation in Corporate Governance, the Award also shows our strong bonds and commitment in partnering with the Government in promoting and building professionalism in the space of th Security industry.

NTUC May Day Model Partnership Award 2011

Elected in as the Assistant Honorary Secretary of the Security Association (Singapore) since 2011, Dir Lim has been playing a significant part in shaping the future of the security sector in Singapore. Sitting on the board of the Security Tripartite Cluster (STC) and the Industry Skills Training Council (ISTC), she shapes the thinking and policies that are to come affecting wage levels, training requirements and standards outcomes that are to define the security landscape in Singapore.
