On the 29 October 2014, the Security Tripartite Cluster (STC) Chairman, NTUC ESG Heng announced the launch of the Progressive Wage Model. Force-One Director Lorraine Lim (CSP) is a part of this STC, making it all happen for our Officers, introducing a new Wage ladder tied to a Career Progression ladder. All this, with the aim of bringing better salaries and career prospects for all the Secuity Officers across the Industry.
